Customer Success Lead

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Train and project manage prospective customers through a 4-week trial process of trying our software before they buy.
  • Work closely with new and existing customers as they roll out our solution within their company.
  • Proactively manage each client’s business needs and environments – actively seek opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and generate references.
  • Provide product feedback to our development teams to further enhance our product offering to meet customer needs.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for expansion within the client's business and collaborate with the sales team to foster subscription growth and increased solution footprint.
  • Monitor customer’s progress with their use of the software to ensure a high retention rate for renewals.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of SaaS customer service or account management related experience.
  • Excellent training, coaching and project management skills.
  • Team player with the highest level of integrity, who will innovate to continue improving the way Ease serves its customers.
  • Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Manufacturing Quality Processes would be a bonus.
