Position Summary
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Account Executives focused on selling into the manufacturing industry. These Account Executives are Inside Sales Reps dedicated to bringing in new logos as well as driving expansion within our existing client base. This is a key leadership role for someone who can inspire performance, execute a clear sales strategy, and guide Account Executives through complex industrial sales cycles.

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving team quotas, supporting deal strategy, and hiring and developing top talent. Your experience in the manufacturing sector and strong sales leadership will help drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Position Location: Hybrid – at least 4 days per week in HQ

Salary: $150,000 per year OTE

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team quotas.
  • Coach AEs through the full sales cycle — from discovery to close — with an emphasis on strategic deal execution and pipeline discipline.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to manufacturers and industrial accounts.
  • Act as a player-coach when needed to support complex deals or key enterprise clients.
  • Monitor sales metrics and use data to inform decisions and performance improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, SalesOps, and Product to align messaging and market strategy.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–5+ years leading a sales team (esp. Account Executives).
  • Proven record of hitting/exceeding quotas individually and as a leader.
  • Deep understanding of managing deals from prospecting to close.
  • Experience training, mentoring, and upskilling sales reps.
  • Experience working and/or selling to Manufacturing companies, preferably Automotive with emphasis on quality and/or safety.
  • Familiarity with key industry pain points, terminology, and buying personas.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, MEDDICC, and sales management tools; pipeline hygiene and reporting.
  • Building reliable forecasts and reports for leadership.
  • Ability to contribute to or lead strategic sales planning.
  • Must be based in or near Irvine, CA, with the ability to work on-site.
