Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with new and existing customers as they roll out our solution within their company.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for expansion within the customer’s business and collaborate with the sales team to foster subscription growth and increased solution footprint.
  • Proactively manage each customer’s business needs and environments – actively seek opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and generate references.
  • Producing and improving internal & external collateral and delivery processes

 

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of SaaS customer service or account management related experience.
  • Excellent training and coaching skills.
  • Team player with a highest level of integrity, who will innovate to continue improving the way Ease serves its customers.
  • Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities
