Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping our sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to sell more effectively. You will act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and help drive sales productivity.

As the Sales Enablement Specialist at EASE, your mission is to ensure our go-to-market (GTM) organization is set up for success as we scale. You will be responsible for developing training and onboarding programs from the ground up, while driving the adoption of best practices through educational sessions. Your role will include creating comprehensive documentation to guide current and future employees on EASE's product offerings, use cases, and differentiators. By becoming an expert in our industry, solutions, and customers’ challenges, you’ll continuously enhance training materials and improve the team’s effectiveness.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

What You'll Do:
  • Content Development: Create, manage, and update an internal knowledge base, including sales decks, talk tracks, battle cards, and customer success playbooks to support the sales. process.
  • Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver training programs and materials (documentation, videos, and presentations) for new and existing sales team members on products, processes, and best practices.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key sales metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas of improvement, and report on the impact of enablement efforts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and strategic initiatives.
  • Market & Competitor Insights: Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to provide the sales team with timely and relevant insights to improve win rates.
  • Event & Webinar Support: Assist in organizing and executing Quarterly Business Reviews, Sales Kick-Offs, sales training events, webinars, and workshops to ensure continuous learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related field; experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in developing and implementing onboarding and training programs for go-to-market teams.
    • Experience building sales enablement functions from the ground up.
    • Prior experience in a startup environment, especially in creating scalable processes and documentation.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring the effectiveness of training programs and sales tools.
    • Knowledge of automation, process transformation, or AI-related domains.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
    • Thorough understanding and teaching skills of MEDDICC and other best practices.
