Software Training Specialist

EASE has an immediate opening for a Software Training Specialist. We are looking for an energetic, highly-motivated individual that can develop and implement our customer training and on-boarding programs and play a critical role in ensuring customers fully adopt and become passionate users of EASE’s products post-implementation.  In this role, you will work with the sales and product teams both to launch new customers and to work with existing customers to make sure our products are continually exceeding their expectations.

This position requires an outgoing, empathetic, and confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and high technological proficiency.  The successful candidate will be a highly-motivated, self-starter, who has a passion for helping and seeing others succeed and who is thorough and organized in driving results and strong at follow-up.  At EASE, you will be working with an innovative and fun team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment implementing customer-focused solutions that improve how some of the world’s best-known products are manufactured.    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of Beacon, EASE’s leading cloud-based layered process audit platform
  • Develop a training curriculum and processes for new and existing customers both at the on-boarding phase and beyond, to ensure continuous product adoption
  • Deliver web-based software training to new and existing customers
  • Improve training content to maximize adoption of the software and customer satisfaction
  • Plan, schedule and ensure new customer implementations are successfully conducted
  • Provide end-user follow-up and application support via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by customers during training and provide solutions
  • Facilitate problem-solving between end-user and product development team and ensure that important product improvements are incorporated in future releases of the product
  • Participate with the development team in testing new releases of the product and provide critical product feedback
  • Develop a working relationship with Sales & Marketing to leverage product knowledge and customer relationships in support of sales and retention efforts

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Experience establishing replicable processes for the on-boarding and training of customers as well as developing processes to ensure that customers are deriving the maximum benefit from the product and remain enthusiastic users of the product
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering web-based (B2B software) training
  • Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
  • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms
  • Ability to effectively organize and maintain customer data and schedules
  • Experience using and strong troubleshooting skills using web presentation products such as Zoom, WebEx or GoToMeeting
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Chrome and other web-based applications
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Spanish required
  • This is an in-office position
